The two towers named Vertex Coast along the Punta Engaño stretch that will have a combination of residential condominiums and SOHO units. Nestled in a 2,700-square-meter (sq.m.) property near Mövenpick Hotel Mactan Island Cebu and Seagrove, which is a joint venture of Ayala Land Inc. and Taft Property Venture Development Corp.

Aside from the residential units, the developer is boosting the SOHO supply in the market to cater to the startups in Cebu. SOHO is an established office within the residence where a micro-enterprise or small business can operate. Its usage is not limited to residential use unlike the typical condominium unit.   • What is the deliverable unit finish?
    • All units are delivered bear with CHB partition in between to allow each owner a free hand to design and finish according to their own plan, specification and functionality.

      • What are restrictions on the type of use?
        • Uses not allowed are those that increase density of the occupants, compromise security, interfere and disturb other offices

              • CR provision will be provided but the construction cost will be for the unit owners account. Applicable only to enterprise and executive offices.
