What is the payback for the investment?
Phil-BXT Corp. has designated the Imperial Palace Hotel Group as the international management company for the operation of the hotel.
Unit owners will then lease back their units to Phil-BXT/Imperial Palace to be pooled, operated and marketed by the management company.
When is the return payable?
Investor/owner is guaranteed a return of 10% or 8% of their invested amount for up to 3 years. Payment commences one year after date of full payment of condotel unit.
In the 4th year onwards, investors have a pro-rata share of the total room revenue less management fee, operating cost and management incentive share.
