Imperial Palace Waterpark Resort and Spa is a full service 5-star hotel suite that is managed by Imperial Palace South Korea Group & affiliate establishments.

  

Investment - Ownership of unit

Golfshare - this is attached to the unit title and cannot be sold separately. The owner of the unit enjoys member’s privilege at the golf course,subject to their rules & regulations.

60 days use of unit per year- maintenance fee of Ph 1,000 per night of stay (Subject to hotel policy on availability and reservation).

RESORT BENEFITS and PRIVILEGES

Hotel Rooms : 50% discount – for usage of hotel room over and above the alloted 60 nights stay (Subject to hotel availability and reservation).

Waterparks, Fitness Club: Privileged use for owner & spouse plus 2 children below 12 years old, maintenance fee of Ph 1,000 per day.

Restaurants,Food & Beverage: 20 to 40% discount

Spa,Marines and others: Various discounts available

Return on Investments Over the first 3 years - guaranteed 8% of actual investment annually.

From the 4th year onwards - a pro-rata share of the hotel room revenue.

Buy Back Option

INVESTMENT

5-star hotel suites available for investment

What could be more perfect than owning a vacation home and receiving rental income whenever you aren’t using it? Not only that – a vacation home with the amenities of a 5-star hotel in the summer capital of the Philippines. Unit owners join the rental program where the international hotel management team run the project as a world class hotel, steady income based on the size of their unit regardless of whether said unit was leased or not. This is because the hotel management will pool together the total income of the entire hoel and distribute this to unit owners net of any expense.

RETURNS AND PRIVILEGES

Aside from being the registered owners of a 5-star unit in Imperial Palace Hotel, investors are entitled to numerous other perks and benefits that are incomparable to other developments.

What do investor/buyer enjoy?

For the purchase of a condotel unit, buyer will be issued a Condominium Certificate of Title of the unit purchased in his name or assignee. 15 or 60 days use of the unit at any time of the year with a minimal maintenance fee per day, subject to room availability. Use of resort waterpark facilities, fitness club and kids land 20-40% discount on food and beverage and marine facilities discounts on Spa, Massage and Beauty Salon.

What is the payback for the investment?

Phil-BXT Corp. has designated the Imperial Palace Hotel Group as the international management company for the operation of the hotel. Unit owners will then lease back their units to Phil-BXT/Imperial Palace to be pooled, operated and marketed by the management company.

When is the return payable?

Investor/owner is guaranteed a return of 10% or 8% of their invested amount for up to 3 years. Payment commences one year after date of full payment of condotel unit. In the 4th year onwards, investors have a pro-rata share of the total room revenue less management fee, operating cost and management incentive share.

Reservation Fee: Php 100,000.00

SPOT CASH

  • Cash discount of 10% if paid within 30 days after reservation
  • 10% of the Total Contract Price

30-70% SCHEME

  • 30% down payment (less reservation fee) and the balance of 70% payable in 7-month installments without interest
  • Comes with 7% cash discount of total contract price

20-80% SCHEME

  • 20% down payment (less reservation fee) and the balance of 80% payable in 12-month monthly installment without interest
  • Comes with 3% cash discount of total contract price
  • May be financed through in-house or bank

END YEAR SPECIAL PROMO (Price increase start on 2010)

  • Contract with reservation fee and the balance of remaining amount are installments payable until December 30, 2009
